Hi Organicnancy,

I thought I would reply here since your question really doesn't directly relate to the Main Page. First, if you haven't done so already, check out the Congregations & Religious Affiliations list of group lenders. They would be the best people to tell you about how they set up their group processes. If you have trouble contacting anyone that way, or if you want what probably would be be a faster reply, go to Kiva Friends and ask your questions there.

Personally, I think there are any number of ways you could set up a lender group and you all are the only ones who can decide what's best for you. If I were you, I would just decide how you want to set it up and then go about doing it that way. Regards, RichardF^talk 22:19, 1 March 2008 (EST)
