In Groups there are currently the following categories:

  • Businesses & Independent Organizations
  • Colleges & Universities
  • Congregations & Religious Affiliations
  • Schools
  • Social Networks & Extended Families

Hi Angela. "Independent Organizations" is a bit of a garbage header for non-profits and any other organizations that don't seem to fit elsewhere. RichardFtalk 15:32, 29 December 2007 (EST)

We are looking to start loaning as a group in our church. Can you offer advice on how to take payments from congregation members and how you handle loaning to Kiva and then how you pay each member back?

Just say "based on the principals of a wiki". There have been many many wikis before Wikipedia.
